Branded Gourmet Tea Concept Entices A New Crowd

In August a new gourmet loose-leaf tea store opened at Haywood Mall in South Carolina. Tea Junction went on a branding mission to redefine their offerings in order to bring the otherwise stuffy concept of tea brewing to a whole new audience. A bright and inviting concept was born and is now serving hundreds of novice tea drinkers in the Greenville area.

Alpharetta, GA (PRWEB) September 12, 2007 -- In August a new gourmet loose-leaf tea store opened at Haywood Mall in South Carolina. Tea Junction was intent on bringing gourmet loose-leaf tea to the everyday consumer and not just connoisseurs of tea. From the looks of the crowds gathered in the store and the merchandise missing off of the shelf, anyone could see that the store is already meeting its objectives.

As you encounter Tea Junction, you cannot help but stop and walk in as the vibrant colors and open environment hypnotize even the most novice of tea drinkers. Alpharetta, GA-based XO Create! set the tone for the store as they designed the labels for the tea tins as well as the environmental graphics. "Who would have thought that the labels would be the basis for the entire store concept," stated Tea Junction owner Raymond Levy.

Tea Junction was designed to be an inviting and friendly environment, which appears to be the contrast to some of their competitor chains. Store architecture was designed and implemented by DP3 Architects, Ltd.

The bar stools at the counter were full of tea novices trying new drinks and leaving the store with merchandise in hand. With tea being a multi-billion dollar industry, the Levy's seemed to have found their piece of the market and have goals of turning Tea Junction into a chain or franchise in the future.
