Highrises.com Launches the Internet's First High-Rise Condominium Classifieds Highrises.com has launched a high-rise condominium classifieds section at http://classifieds.highrises.com where developers, owners and Realtors can post their high-rise condo and loft listings for free. Each listing features the ability to add photos, floorplans, descriptions and even videos. Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) September 13, 2007 -- Highrises.com has launched a Free Condominium Classifieds section to showcase residential high-rise listings for sale and for lease around the globe. This new classifieds section will complement Highrises.com's other high-rise marketing tools, including MLS Building Profiles and Featured Listings.
"High-Rise condominium buyers represent a very niche audience, and our research has shown and they find it frustrating to have to search through the volumes of traditional low- and mid-rise condo ads on other sites just to find the high-rises they're looking for," says Brian Enright, Founder & President of Highrises.com. "With this new classifieds marketplace, we hope to create a site where high-rise buyers and renters can find exactly what they're looking for as quickly and painlessly as possible."
In the spirit of Web 2.0, Highrises.com will allow registered users to place unlimited ads on the classifieds site for free. "The market is full of condo sites trying to charge developers and sellers a monthly fee to advertise their condos," explains Enright. "My goal for Highrises.com is larger than that: I want to create a site that exposes consumers to as many available high-rise buildings and condos in their city as possible, not just the ones that an individual website may or may not want to highlight."
The new high-rise classifieds section features sale and lease listings in over 40 cities throughout North America. Each listing can be customized with photos, descriptions, floorplans and even video files. All responses to the listing will be sent directly to the owner or agent without any cost or referral fees.
The new classifieds section joins other popular Highrises.com search tools, such as the MLS Building Profile pages. The building profiles allow potential buyers to search for a condo by building and see real-time availability from the local MLS. These pages are currently available in Dallas, Austin, Phoenix, Las Vegas, San Diego, San Francisco, Atlanta, Chicago, Tampa, Denver, Nashville, Cleveland and Charlotte.
Since its founding in 2005, www.Highrises.com has become the premiere online resource for high-rise condominium listings and information across the country. Highrises.com is currently partnered with real estate agents in 13 cities and plans to more than double to over 30 cities by the end of 2007.
