ABOUT OAMPS INSURANCE BROKERS AUSTRALIAN YOUTH CHAMPIONSHIP

The 11th OAMPS Insurance Brokers Australian Youth Championship will be held between 6-10 July at Frankston Yacht Club. It is the marquee sailing event on Yachting Australia's event calendar.

The annual championship is also the selection event for the OAMPS Insurance Brokers Youth Sailing Team. A Team of up to 10 competitors will compete at the Volvo Youth Sailing ISAF World Championship to be held in Arhus, Denmark from 10th -- 19th July, 2008. The Team will also be defending the Volvo Nations Trophy after being crowned the most successful nation at the same event held in Canada in July this year. The Team will be announced at the conclusion of the event.
