As one of the quality Timberline Consultants, Mr. Smith has implemented operating estimating systems for 30 companies, and has created custom Crystal Reports as per the customers' individual requirements.

Pat has a solid knowledge base of his field, beginning with an MBA degree from the California University at Fresno. Furthermore, his training involves several basic accounting applications that include Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Job Cost, Project Management, and Report Manager. Mr. Smith has also obtained a wealth of Timberline construction software training in using an array of construction office tools.

Pat has also accumulated much experience in turning theory into practice. He previously worked at the Timberline corporate headquarters for seven years. Pat served in various positions that included Regional Trainer for estimating products, Database Product Manager, and Estimating Consulting Certification Manager.

Prior to working at DB Data Timberline, Mr. Smith owned a residential building company for 15 years, and was involved in joint venture residential land development. Pat also owned a real estate company through which he sold his homes and land. He began subcontracting to Timberline and providing solutions as one of their construction office specialists, in October of 2002. Since 2005, Pat has worked nearly exclusively with DB Data Inc. Arizona.

Throughout his 30 years of experience in construction company ownership, Mr. Smith's objective has consistently been to perfectly match up a client's needs with the right construction software. Pat truly believes that his success can only result from clients' success.

In addition to being dedicated to his work, Pat has developed many interests outside the office. He is a licensed pilot, and once consistently shot a score of 80 on the golf course! Believing that business has a moral responsibility to give back to the community, Pat and his wife also volunteer at Portland's Women's and Children's Shelter.
