Mr. Simpson will add his leadership skills to NSC's experience in solution development to build new opportunities and to oversee the company's increasing presence within the collections marketplace.

John Simpson has more than 12 years of experience in the Collection industry, as both a technology vendor and as a technology user in collections environments. Prior to joining NSC, John served as Chief Technology Officer of Nationwide Credit, Inc., a global call center and receivables management firm, where he consulted with a variety of companies on ways to implement and improve performance using industry specific technology and on implementing industry security standards to protect consumers and clients. Previously, John worked as a consultant for Melita International, helping clients implement dialer technology into their operations and stream their process by means of automation. John is a known speaker in the collection industry and has spoken at such events as Credit and Collections, and Collections Technology Summit. John was honored in 2006 by Collections Technology News with the "2006 Collection Technology Excellence Award" for his dedication to the collection technology industry.

As CTO - Collections Solutions, Mr. Simpson will leverage his industry experience to focus on technologies that will aid many of the challenges facing collections organizations.
