VIP Innovations Offers New Diversity Training Programs

Washington-based training and consulting company VIP Innovations, announces plans to offer two new training programs on the topic of workplace diversity. Included in the programs are two workshops. The first, “Diversity: Valuing the Individual,” is suitable for all levels of staff. The second, “Managing Diversity,” is targeted at management-to-executive level employees—an area of the corporate ladder that has traditionally seen fewer minorities and women.
