November 17: Cloudy Bay and Cape Mentelle $149 per person, plus tax and gratuity The sister companies of Cloudy Bay and Cape Mentelle share a commitment to wines of region - reflecting the lands of New Zealand and Western Australia, respectively. The main varieties grown by these two vineyards are sauvignon blanc, chardonnay and pinot noir, with lesser quantities of riesling and gewürztraminer. For this wine dinner, Cloudy Bay will showcase its selection of white wines and Cape Mentelle will feature red.
December 15: Veuve Clicquot Champagne Dinner $159 per person, plus tax and gratuity Established in France in 1772, Veuve Clicquot highlights its collection of champagne in time for the holidays. Easily recognized by the distinct bright yellow-bottle labels, Veuve Clicquot has been credited with the industrialization of champagne production in the early 19th century, and today is one of the foremost vineyards in the Champagne region, in terms of both size and quality.
