"The Switch Effect" is a new book that tells how Mike Gilbert was laid off and looking for an innovative idea. He was in a parking lot mixing soda water and juice when it spilled on his pants and gave him the idea for The Switch beverage.

He was sitting in a convenience store parking lot mixing soda water and juice when it spilled on his pants. He decided there has to be a better way. He has now written a new book called "The Switch Effect: A Real-Life Example of How to Become an Entrepreneur" (Palari Publlishing, $16.95). This book provides a unique look into the entrepreneurial process.
