The pre-conference workshop, How to Create a Talent Management StrategyMap taking place on November 11, 2007 will draw on Spirgi's extensive knowledge in working with Fortune 1000 clients on their talent management initiative. This session will help attendees understand how CSAA put together a strategy to better align talent needs with organizational goals including internal and external sourcing, identification of skills, performance and development.
