Before launching Blueprint Education Group, Dr. Bloom served as the Director of Consulting for eSchool Solutions Inc. At eSchool Solutions, Dr. Bloom developed and managed large-scale consulting engagements for school districts throughout North America. Prior to eSchool Solutions, Dr. Bloom was the Senior Professional Development Associate at Learning Point Associates, a nonprofit research and development organization in Naperville, Illinois. He is a frequent lecturer and guest speaker to school districts, educational service agencies and state departments of education. Dr. Bloom's most recent book is Resource Guide: Implementing Process Improvement for School Systems (eSchool Solutions, 2005). Dr. Bloom earned his Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from the University of Wisconsin--Madison.
