Philosophy Communication Wins Monroe Pointe Account

Property selects local agency to manage public relations and marketing.

The property is scheduled to finish in mid-December with the first residents moving in after the first of the year. Philosophy will assist the company in identifying a mix of marketing activities to help sell the remaining units, including advertising, broker events, media outreach and direct mail.
