NEW ARTIST R&B SINGER/SONGWRITER FELICIA ADAMS RELEASES DEBUT ALBUM ENTITLED “READ MY LIPS”

Singer/Songwriter Felicia Adams, best known for her work on the 2001 film soundtrack, “Baby Boy” is scheduled to release her DEBUT album entitled “READ MY LIPS” in Spring 2003.

Felicia’s long awaited album will consist of 12 urban, classic and soulful R&B tracks written by her and produced by Christopher “C.L” Liggio, whose worked with such artists as Jay Z, Musiq Soulchild and most recently Case’s upcoming album. Over the years, Felicia has been the music industry “best kept secret” when it comes to her songwriting abilities. While finishing up her own album, Felicia has written songs for upcoming projects for Def Soul recording artist Case and the legendary diva Ms. Patti Labelle.

When Felicia was asked about her sound, she said “its just PURE R&B. Nothing more…nothing less”. Felicia also mentioned the meaning behind the album title, “Read My Lips”…‘I want my fans to enjoy the timeless yet edgy soulful sound of the music so brilliantly produced by Chris, but in a subliminal way I want them to pay attention to the lyrical content.’

Felicia, who opted to release her debut album independently through her company LadyBoss Enterprises, is currently in development of putting together an “Open Mic” Promotional Tour on the East Coast during the spring of 2003.
