Mount Carmel College of Nursing (MCCN) chose the Jenzabar Total Campus Management solution after reviewing several other enterprise solution providers for higher education. Mount Carmel School of Nursing was founded in 1903 by the Congregation of the Sisters of the Holy Cross and offered a diploma program until 1993 when Mount Carmel College of Nursing was established. Additional, Mount Carmel College of Nursing received accreditation in 1995 from the National League for Nursing for its nursing program.
