Softrax Appoints John Pavlov VP of Engineering

Veteran Enterprise Software Leader Joins Fast Track Revenue Management Company

With demand for Softrax applications reaching new markets, Pavlov has been tapped to lead the company’s software development strategy through its next phase of growth, advance its application capabilities, and further the Softrax SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) technology strategy.

He led Centive’s transformation from software to a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution provider with the Compel product and enhanced the Enterprise Incentive Management (EIM) on-premise product. Prior to Centive, he was Vice President, Engineering and CTO at GoldK, Inc., an online 401(k) provider. During his time at GoldK, he launched several major releases of GoldK's fully integrated retirement platform for financial advisors, plan sponsors and participants. At Interleaf he served as Vice President, Development, where he was responsible for the definition, implementation and enhancement of the BladeRunner product line, an XML-based content management and publication system. Pavlov was the co-founder of OpenSoftWorks, which was acquired by FlexiInternational Software.
