Phoenix, AZ (PRWEB) November 30, 2007 -- We all know what it's like to make a New Year's Resolution that doesn't stick. In fact, research has shown over the years that 80 percent of all resolutions made will be broken by January 31. Life and business coach, Vickie Champion uncovered the key to successfully creating and, more importantly, keeping New Year's resolutions. She teaches it in her popular Nothing is Impossible Program ™. The main solution for a successful outcome starts with a resolution that fulfills a dream-come true; as opposed to correcting something you think is wrong.
The motive is crucial in sticking to your New Year's resolutions. Vickie points out in the Nothing is Impossible Program™; goals that are established to carry out your aspirations are more likely to be accomplished than those who try to fix something that they dislike about themselves.
"Resolutions made to correct something, cause us to make sacrifices, and struggle day in and day out trying to make it happen," Champion says. "This can be stressful and draining, both physically and mentally. When a resolution is set to accomplish a dream, it is nourishing, not only when the goal is accomplished, but also along every step of the journey."
Countless programs exist that make negative assumptions and focus on correcting something about the goal-maker. These programs focus on changing behaviors and delay rewards until goals have been achieved. Programs like this often cause feelings of guilt and of failure. They can take a huge toll on the self esteem of the participant.
The Nothing is Impossible Program™ takes an alternate approach. The program doesn't assume that something is wrong with the participant, and it focuses on achieving goals that are a dream-come-true. It provides options to get power back over any situation and creates a sense of nourishment and exhilaration. This program builds self-esteem, whether its participants achieve their goals or not.
Vickie launched the program just one year ago and it is already receiving rave reviews from its participants. Elizabeth Kibodeaux, who participated in the program in 2007, said: "Prior to taking Vickie's 'Nothing is Impossible' class, I lived each day as if carrying an extremely heavy load. I felt overwhelmed, trapped and exhausted. We are only on session 10 and my whole world has changed. I am so excited about life and all of the opportunities I simply could not see before. Each day, instead of talking myself into the day, I now get up so excited that it's a giggle that comes from my soul. Saying my life has been changed is an understatement."
New groups for Nothing is Impossible Program™ start in January 2007. Space is limited. Program is held on Wednesday evenings at ASBA - Arizona Small Business Association on Van Buren Road in Phoenix.
