Innovative Automotive Group (IAG) of Scottsdale, Arizona, has finalized the closing of a definitive agreement to acquire MotorWeb, Inc., a privately-held supplier of aftermarket automotive products located in Phoenix, Arizona.

IAG plans to convert the Motorweb.com IT platform to Vcommerce (vcommerce.com), which provides proven Online Marketing, eCommerce and Order Management & Fulfillment solutions for online retailers. Vcommerce offers end-to-end SaaS deployments that will allow Motorweb.com customers a vastly improved web-based shopping experience.
