Astera Retreat Belize Development to Commence Pre-Sales of Phase I

The Astera Retreat now fully financed its land acquisition and began pre-selling Phase I of the development.

The Retreat is located in Southern Belize and consists of 111 lots. It will serve as a second home, vacation property, investment property or permanent home of its tenants. Upon completion of preselling 65% of Phase I, the clearing work will begin (estimated mid to late 2008).
