Omer Pasha Releases Debut Album 'The Curse'

The Canadian Release is now available on Napster. The 13 track pop/rock enigma style compilation comes with 13 professionally done music videos made available on the web.

Vancouver, BC, Canada (PRWEB) January 28, 2008

The 13 videos will premiere at the New York International Independent Film & Video Festival in New York, China Club February 2008. The most wanted and downloaded track "Who Are You (Rock Remix)" from the album has rising demand from French audiences. The music video from the Canadian musical "Come To Me", premiering in Cannes last year, will be screened at local theaters today. "The Haunting" from the short "The Ontario Haunting" will also premiere at the New York Film Festival.

Local Canadian critics have called the album a modern replica of Enigma. Some tracks follow reverse speech; to understand, viewers have to watch the short. Tracks such as "Reverse Curses" and "Egyptian Curses" are a chant voodoo spells and curses. "The Voices Of The Devil" is from the controversial atheist shorts Omer Pasha compiled to argue with youtube's atheist community. Omer Pasha is working on French editions of his music videos to premiere at the Cannes Market 2008, some include "Long Live Germany," " Does Iraq Know Richard Dawkins" and "Who Are You (Blue Bottles Edit.) Omer Pasha will hold a DVD demo release party of Omer Pasha Films in Manhattan, NYC at the New York Festival that will include his recently compiled videos aimed at American society today telling them about the psyche of extremists and terrorists that are after them today.
