Business Leaders gather for Spring Training

Business Leaders from as far away as Hungary will be gathering for spring training on May 29th. in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The gathering is one of the oldest continuing meetings of business leaders held in North America.

Over 300 Scanlon Leadership Network delegates will gather in Grand Rapids, Michigan to network and share best practices on May 29th.

This year marks the first delegation from Hungary (a former communist country) to the conference. Participants attend in company delegations with CEO's and front-line employees networking and learning as a team. A theme of this year's spring training is accountability to investors, customers, and employees.

The Scanlon conference is a tradition that began in the 1940's at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. The gathering is held annually. The Conference is hosted by the nonprofit Scanlon Leadership Network whose members pioneered open-book management, employee involvement, labor management cooperation, gainsharing and servant leadership concepts in business.
