QuantumClean (http://www.quantumclean.com) designed the dedicated treatment facility at the Maine ATCC® in order to handle large MBE chambers and related components after seeing demand increase dramatically for this service in the Eastern region of the U.S. The company finished the segregated MBE decontamination area in December 2007.
