Shareholders of record at the close of business on January 31, 2008, will receive a copy of the definitive proxy statement. In accordance with the Securities and Exchange Commission's new Notice and Access rule, the company will not mail its Annual Report, instead making it available online no later than Feb. 10, 2008, at www.ceoxcreditz.com.
