The war with Iraq may be over, the Ministry dissolved and the Minister in hiding but interest in the erstwhile Iraqi Information Minister, Mohammed Saeed al-Sahhaf continues unabated as increasing numbers of internet retailers begin stocking the humorous decks of playing cards featuring his most famous statements.

The humorous deck of playing cards feature 52 of the Information Minister's hilarious and sometimes hysterical statements including his threat to grill the stomachs of the Coalition soldiers and denials that any American soldiers were in Baghdad, plus four exclusive joker cards featuring the Minister himself.

Originally only available on IraqiInformationMinistry.com, the cards are now available on a range of leading internet retail sites from gagsplus.com to edirectory.co.uk and look likely to become as popular as the best-selling Iraqi "Most Wanted" cards.

"Mohammed al-Sahhaf really brought humour to an otherwise grim time." Bob Pferd, lead designer of the playing cards said. "It is no wonder that people are showing an interest in these cards as they neatly capture all the Minister's most famous statements and act as neat compliment to the Iraqi 'Most Wanted' decks."
