Planet Halo Inc. Signs Deal with X-Digital Systems Inc. and Clear Channel Satellite Services

X-Digital Systems Inc. announced today it has entered into an agreement with Planet Halo Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of Concierge Technologies Inc. to provide the Music Of Your Life Radio Network ("MOYL") content distribution technology. MOYL will be using X-Digital's new XDS-PRO4-SG satellite receivers and Shared Hub under a service plan. This satellite multimedia receiver and network management service enables MOYL to distribute products and services to its radio partners and affiliates. The new XDS-PRO4-SG is compatible to the StarGuide platform so that networks can support a mixture of StarGuide and X-Digital receivers on a common satellite carrier.

X-Digital and Clear Channel Satellite Services (CCSS) have partnered to provide a combined service offering to enable customers like MOYL to contract for a bundled hardware, license and service offering including receivers, uplinking, space segment and network management.
