Blue Prairie Group's human resource practice continues to grow with the addition of Rachael McCalla to the company. Rachael draws from a background in industrial psychology and extensive experience working with personnel related issues.

Chicago, IL (PRWEB) February 16, 2008 -- Blue Prairie Group is pleased to announce the addition of Rachael McCalla as a consultant in the company's rapidly growing human resource practice.

Trained in industrial psychology, Rachael brings a strong understanding of employee behaviors and the ability to provide concise human resource solutions that align with her clients' overall business strategies.

Prior to joining Blue Prairie Group, Rachael provided outside human resource consulting services for several different organizations including not-for-profit and brokerage firms. During her time spent with these organizations, she developed successful initiatives involving personnel alignment, the construction of HR departments for small business, employee satisfaction issues and employee recruitment.

Rachael holds a Masters Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University where she focused her attention primarily on organizational development, survey construction and analysis, managerial training, and motivational theory. She earned her Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Ohio University.
