Local ACT! Consultant will Demonstrate Free ACT! Enhancement Products

Boca Raton, FL…The ACT! Users Group of South Florida will hold its next meeting on Monday, July 7 from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at the South County Civic Center, 16700 Jog Road, Delray Beach. Admission is free and refreshments will be served. The meeting is sponsored by Karen Fredricks of Tech Benders. At this meeting, Karen Fredricks will discuss several ACT! enhancements that ACT! users can utilize. All of the enhancements are free and will enable ACT! users to perform advanced functions that are not available in the basic ACT! software.

According to Fredricks, "I am particularly excited to be able to demonstrate these products for the members of the Users Group. Although ACT! is a wonderful product, users often wish that it could provide even more functionality. People are often not aware of the various free products that were developed specifically for that purpose. I think these enhancements are going to prove to be extremely popular with existing ACT! users."

Fredricks has over 20 years of computer consulting and training experience in South Florida, during which time she has acquired in-depth expertise in the operational requirements of a broad spectrum of businesses. Author of ACT! 6 for Dummies, Fredricks is an ACT! Certified Consultant and an ACT! Premier Trainer. She was selected to host the Fort Lauderdale stop of the national launch of ACT! 6.0, which took place in August 2002. Fredricks is also a QuickBooks Pro Certified Advisor and author of copyrighted training materials for business users of QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, WordPerfect, Basic Windows and the Internet,
