(PRWEB) July, 2003 -- Award winning author, Heidi McDonald, will be the special judge for the Third Quarter Whim's Place Flash Fiction Contest. Entries of 500 words or less will be accepted July 1-September 30th with winners being published on Whim's Place (www.whimsplace.com) on December 1st. Eleven prizes equaling $950 will be presented, and as thanks to our special judge, Whim's Place will be making a donation to the charity of her choice.
