Consumer Class Action Filed Against DirecTV Over Satellite Receiver Leases Wexler Toriseva Wallace LLP files nationwide class action for purchasers of DirecTV satellite receivers. The lawsuit seeks recovery of all lease fees paid, and a judgment declaring that DirecTV's purported lease is invalid.
