In 2006, Chandler also helped lead the spin-off of VIS into Idearc, a separate publicly traded company, where he continued to lead the Internet organization.

Chandler holds a master’s degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University, a financial planning certificate from the University of California – Irvine and a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical and computer engineering from Ohio State University.
