188 South 3rd Street is now 100 percent leased. Rents at the building began from $1,700 for two-bedroom homes and $2,300 for three-bedroom designs.

Impressively, all of the 30 apartments in the six-story corner building at 326 South 1st Street were reserved just one week after leasing began.
