PRINTED TOILET PAPER

SENDS POWERFUL MESSAGE TO CONGRESS

July 22, 2003, Mays Landing, NJ...A new citizens action group called, CITIZENS 4 CHEAPER DRUGS is launching a bold, new campaign, mailing hundreds of imprinted rolls of toilet paper to influential members of Congress. Each sheet of printed toilet paper reads, "Wipe Out The Influence Of Pharmaceutical Lobbies In Congress. Lower The Cost Of Prescriptions Drugs Now!" Atlantic County, New Jersey resident, Marc Snyder, and Woody Caan of Lake Arrowhead, California spearhead the national movement.

Snyder said, We think this message will be seen at least two times a day by the same Congressman. Its an impression that will be difficult to flush from the memory."

Citizens 4 Cheaper Drugs believe that outrageous costs and unaffordable medications forced upon American healthcare recipients are currently out of hand. Families without health insurance must choose between purchasing outlandishly priced medications or using their grocery money to avoid morbidity and death.

Snyder said, If we can make our voices heard in our nations capital and reverse the influence of our elected officials by the pharmaceutical lobbies, it will be a like a dream come true." For further information, call: (609)677-9976.
