Local High School Girls Invited To Participate In Bellarmine Mothers' Guild "Invitation to Intrigue" Benefit Gala

San Jose, CA (PRWEB) August 6 , 2003 -- Bellarmine College Preparatory today announced that auditions for "Invitation to Intrigue", its 49th Annual Mothers' Guild Fashion Show for Financial Aid, will take place on September 7 and 10 at the Bellarmine campus in Liccardo Center. Senior girl students from local high schools interested in modeling fashions provided by Macy's California Westfield Shoppingtown Valley Fair, Caché, Jessica McClintock and Talbots are invited to audition on September 7 from 12:30 - 4:00 p.m. High school girls of any grade level are invited to audition on September 10 from 6-9:30pm for professionally choreographed dancing roles in the traditionally sold out show.

All proceeds from the 2003 Mothers' Guild Fashion Show for Financial Aid, themed "Invitation to Intrigue," will be contributed to the financial aid program for qualified Bellarmine students. This year, women's and men's fashions will be presented in two shows on November 7, 2003 at the Fairmont Hotel San Jose, first in a luncheon setting and later during a black tie dinner dance. Men's fashions from Eli Thomas, L'Uomo International, and Trend will be modeled by Bellarmine senior boys and faculty members.

"Student models and dancers, as well as parents and faculty participants will receive professional training in anticipation of yet another fabulous sell-out event," said Mary Almassy, Production Chair for the Annual Mothers' Guild Fashion Show for Financial Aid. "Last year, more than 30 Bellarmine seniors were joined by 24 senior girls from local high schools, 14 Bellarmine moms, and 7 faculty members to model fashions and dance. This year we expect to utilize even more models and are working with a choreographer to produce exciting dance routines around our spy-related theme."
