Technology Resource Center Offers New Tools For The Tech Sector

Business development tools offered free to members

The Connecticut Technology Council (CTC) today announced the creation of The Lead Generation Resource Center (LGRC). The center will provide Council membership access to a host of free and low cost tech sector lead generation tools and services. The LGRC was developed by CTC to assist member companies in new business development and will feature a free business development hotline powered by Strategic Sales and Marketing, Inc. (SSM), a member company that specializes in lead generation.

The hotline will provide advice on such topics as lead generation; lead management; sales force management; sales and lead follow up training; and tech sector marketing consulting. SSM will also provide free advice on B2B contact list development. Members can access the business development hotline at 1-800-334-2305.

The CTC membership will also have free access to SSM's extensive DataMine of nationwide B2B sales intelligence. The SSM DataMine helps arm sales forces with accurate, actionable information. The data can be used for B2B prospecting, database development, and sales presentations.

The LGRC will also offer Council members marketing consulting services that will help members improve their new business development, client retention and conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
