The new additions to the team are Caroline Bielby, Client Services Manager who has moved from Strategic-i Ltd a Marketing Agency based in Cardiff and Jacalyn Eggett, Client Services Assistant, who has just completed her BSC (Hons) Computer & Management Science at Sheffield Hallam University.

Caroline is responsible for the overall management of Neutralize (**)s clients and projects. Jacalyns role is to assist the client services manager with the day-to-day fulfilment of projects. In addition to this, she is responsible for maintaining the Neutralize (**) company website and several key client websites.

Jacalyn has recently graduated from Sheffield Hallam University, possessing invaluable experience working within Sony Computer Entertainment Europe as Webmaster, gaining extensive knowledge of PHP and web development.
