Executive Chef Ed Dory and his culinary team have created an eclectic and extensive menu of more than 75 items including:

•     All of the traditional breakfast favorites including cheese blintzes
•     Carving stations featuring beef, salmon, lamb and ham
•     A large selection of cold salads, antipasto and cheeses

•     An array of the Chef's signature entrees perfectly paired with side dishes
•     A sumptuous selection of over a dozen desserts

There's even a special "knee high" buffet offering a selection of children's favorites including pizza, chicken fingers, mac & cheese and tater tots.
