SPECIALIZED LEASING, INC., NOW NAMED SASSOON GROUP, INC.(OTCBB:SSSN) SUED BY FORMER ATTORNEY FOR NON PAYMENT OF FEES

Suit, filed in California Superior Court, alleges that the company failed to pay for the fees for legal services which resulted in it becoming a public company.

SANTA BARBARA, CA/September 20, 2003/-The Law Office of Kenneth Eade announced today the filing of a complaint in Santa Barbara Superior Court, Case No. 01130429, against Specialized Leasing, Inc., now known as Sassoon Group, Inc.(OTCBB:SSSN) by its former securities attorney, Kenneth Eade. The complaint alleges non payment of fees for legal services rendered since the inception of the company, which services resulted in the company having an effective initial public offering filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and obtaining a quotation of its stock on the NASD over-the-counter bulletin board.

The suit alleges $98,480 in damages.
