1-    50% of the ownership shares will be sold right away to Iraqi investors through an already established agreement with Sumer Bank in Iraq and through all other Iraqi banks.

2-    50% of the ownership shares will go to the Executive management team, the Iraqi operations engineers & administrative staff and all other global vendors and investors.

3-    ZAGILs management and founding team consists of Iraqi patriots from USA and Europe with wide ranging information technology, telecom, wireless, Internet and business expertise.

4-    The operations technical, administrative and legal staff will be from the widely available highly educated personnel from within Iraq. The board will include prominent Iraqi business & elite sector.

5-    Vendors will provide extensive training to fill in the gap for any Iraqi member of the staff and to build a solid base for Iraqs communications infrastructure.
