Colorado Attorney one of Five Statewide Named to Prestigious Position

Denver, CO (PRWEB) March 24, 2008 -- The Colorado personal injury practice (http://www.lawcolorado.net) of Beth Klein, P.C. is pleased to announce a significant achievement of Carrie Frank, who received designation as a Diplomat in the American Association for Justice. Ms. Frank will be recognized at the AAJ annual convention this July and will receive an award to commemorate her accomplishment.

Only five attorneys in Colorado have achieved this designation and Carrie Frank is the first woman to be a Diplomat. In order to reach the Diplomat level, AAJ requires that the lawyer have 400 hours of continuing legal education credits in AAJ programs and has attended The Ultimate Trial Advocacy Course - a program reserved for AAJ's most accomplished trial lawyers. Ms. Frank actually had over 660 credits and was one of the faculty at The Ultimate program.

Ms. Frank has over 20 years of experience focusing on automobile product defect liability. She has been elected as an officer of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and was recently honored by Lawdragon as one of the top 3000 plaintiff lawyers in the United States. Frank specializes in automobile accident cases (http://www.lawcolorado.net/car-accidents/automobile-accidents.html) and product liability including medical devices, defective drugs (http://www.lawcolorado.net/defective-drugs/), and product recalls. Frank is a graduate of University of Denver School of Law and also holds a Master's of Science in Social Work from Columbia University. Ms. Frank is also on the Board of Trustees for the National College of Advocacy and teaches extensively around the country, educating other lawyers in a number of trial skills and related subjects. She leads the firm's jury focus group consulting practice.
