LEDA Design Reentering Standard Libraries SIP Market LEDA Design, LLC, a provider of Semiconductor Intellectual Property (SIP), today announced its aggressive reentry into the standard libraries market with the introduction of new I/O compiler technology. Plano, TX -(PRWEB) September 8, 2003 - LEDA Design, LLC, a provider of Semiconductor Intellectual Property (SIP), today announced its aggressive reentry into the standard libraries market with the introduction of new I/O compiler technology. "Today's ASIC and SOC products demand specialized standard libraries aimed at accommodating custom design features of products, along with robust electrical and physical parameters of I/O interfaces," says Milos Backovic, VP of Business Development of LEDA Design. "Requirements given to modern chip products to work in a wide variety of applications and systems led us to develop universal, auto-adjustable, self-calibrating standard I/O libraries based on our own home-grown technology."
LEDA's library offerings include auto-sensing, slew-rate programmable, flexible architecture based I/O and Digital Standard Cell libraries customizable for: - ultra low power and low leakage applications such as cellular phones, PDAs, personal audio devices, etc. - ultra high speed applications such as serial interfaces, high speed graphics, memory interfaces, etc. - ultra small, high density pitch-based, pad limited applications.
The existing offerings of programmable generic libraries for multi-discipline applications are expanded, allowing automated compilation of those based on custom specifications.
Flexible Library Compiler (FLIBCO(tm)) generated custom I/O libraries (from specs to GDSII) allow I/O programmability at board level to meet system specifications.
