Zagil Wireless Names its Board of Advisors

Board of advisors named to administer Iraqi Shares offering through Iraqi Banks. Zagil remains the only leading Iraqi IT & telecom leader with 100% Iraqi operation & holding.

Today in a closed session meeting chaired by Mr. Franics Dinha Alzebari, Zagil Wireless Chief executive officer, and the executive management named the new members to join the board of advisors that will assist to foresee the Iraqi Shares offering.

The advisors board included: Mr. Aziz Jasani, Mr. Bassim Mushtaq, Mr. Abdul Latif Tufaily, Dr. Mohamad Al-Tayee, Mr. Yahya Ali Al-najjar, Mr. Ibrahim Haba, Mr. Hadi Ali Al-khafaji, Mr. Hameed Al-Dujili and attorney A.K. Alshaboot.

At the same time, Asaad Y Alnajjar, Zagils Chief Strategy Officer, presented to the audience the finalized draft of the Five Year plan prepared to lead Iraq into technology excellence and presented some of the in-house innovations to be deployed that will provide Iraq with technologies unknown to the Middle eastern countries.

Zagil Wirelss is among the top bidders for the Iraqi Mobile contract to be announced shortly.
