Famed Artist Claude Julian at the 18th Annual National Black College Alumni Hall of Fame in Atlanta.

Claude Julian is an award-winning Fine Artist/Screenwriter who is the creator of Celebrity Art (fine art that pays tribute to famous).

Claude Julian has been asked for the 3rd consecutive year to judge the Miss National Black College Alumni Hall of Fame Pageant in Atlanta (September 19-20, 2003).

Darcie Chism (2002-03)- Fisk University (Nashville,TN)

Chinai J. Hardy (2001-02)- Stillman College (Tuscalosa, AL)

Thomas W. Dortch, Jr. founded the National Black College Alumni Hall of Fame to increase public awareness for traditionally black colleges and universities. Also, he is the National President of the 100 Black Men of America, Inc. Other prominent members include Bill Cosby, Colin Powell, Denzel Washington, Hank Aaron, Andrew Young, Johnnie Cochran, and former Atlanta Mayor Bill Campbell.
