Artist Louise Frechette, P.S.A. was nominated by an international jury of eight to represent the United States of America at the Fourth Edition of the Florence Biennale Internazionale Dell Arte Contmeporanea, 2003.

Soft pastels utilizing platinum and 23k gold leaf within the paintings themselves, blended with her fingers only, distinguishes the inspirational creations of artist Louise Frechette P.S.A. Her focus on paintings of the sea have no equal and are unparalleled in execution, style, created in highly sensitive manner and presentation. Each piece of art is a one-of-a kind rendering, no prints are ever made . Her art has been invited for exhibition in four museums nationally, including the Presidential Library of George W.
