Leading e-signature provider Silanis is pleased to announce its appointment of Justin LaFayette as Executive Chairman and Director. Jonathan Wener, currently Silanis' non-executive Chairman, will remain a non-executive Director and continue to play an active role in the development of Silanis.

Justin LaFayette joins Silanis with a wealth of experience in the field of data management. Previously, Mr. LaFayette was founder and Executive Chairman of DWL Inc. ("DWL") a market leader in the field of Master Data Management, a software and services market which analysts predict will be worth $10 billion by 2012. DWL was successfully sold to IBM in 2005. Prior to the acquisition by IBM, DWL had become a leader in data management within the financial services sector attracting a number of blue chip customers including MetLife, Unum Provident, SunTrust Bank and Nationwide. Following the acquisition, Mr. LaFayette remained with IBM as Vice President of Strategy, Information Platform and Solutions, expanding IBM's reach into a broader set of Information Management capabilities.
