The passion of Spain, hard driving rock vocals and sensitive folk-flavored pop sounds will be on display in a diverse musical showcase event at Santa Monicas Magicopolis Theatre on October 23.

SANTA MONICA, CA -- The passion of Spain, hard driving rock vocals and sensitive folk-flavored pop sounds will be on display in a diverse musical showcase event at Santa Monicas Magicopolis Theatre on October 23. The event will be the breakout event for BSS Musik, a new company that is taking a different direction to developing artists in a music industry typically governed by a herd mentality.

The featured artists include:

•    Marta Santamaria, a vocalist born of the passion of Spain and nurtured on the sensual musical stylings of Brazil. She has fused these two worlds into a singing style that is powerful, subtle, sensitive, and very sexy. Martas smooth sexy voice is accompanied by her flamenco-like dance movements.

•    Mr KING a native of the South. He brings his raw body of talent reaching deep into the heart of southern rock and soul. His power packed performance will leave you with your mouth on the floor and your foot tapping all the way home.

•    LiJie (Leejay). Look out Jewel and Annie Lennox, theres a new voice in town. LiJie is a native of China and has been writing music for ten years. She is in control of her destiny and it shows. Thats her style.
