In an effort to have employees closer to key customers, Third Wave Systems (TWS) has set up an office in downtown Tacoma, Wash. This office will support both military and commercial customers.

This location will allow TWS to create a customer support center in the Western Time Zone. With an extra two hours of operation each day, applications engineers can provide timelier customer service - especially for Asian customers.
