Users of MyQuote locally load their 3D CAD data from their own computer hard drives, select a manufacturing process, quantity, and materials, and then click "Create Quote". MyQuote then instantly calculates and presents a custom binding quotation for the manufacture of the user’s parts. To place an order, the user simply clicks on "Order Parts". The customer's CAD data and project specifications are automatically packaged for secure delivery to Quickparts. Once the files are received, a Quickparts Project Manager contacts the user to discuss the project in more detail and ensure quality parts are received under specified delivery time.
