(PRWEB) April 15, 2008 -- Norton & Associates provides P & L Management Services in NC, SC, GA, TN and Va. The Grigg's Waterfront Property of 579 acres will be engineered by John R. McAdam's Company from Raleigh NC for commercial development that will include; Waterfront Resort Commercial development that includes a Hotel Lodge of 500 rooms, Indoor Retail, National Brand Seafood restaurants, Theaters and potential waterfront investment housing.

The property is located adjacent to existing Golf Communities and will provide entertainment and water fun recreational venues. The project has been identified by investment parcels that allow for the sale of the entire site during Phase I or joint venture funding options. The value of Phase II of approved civil commercial parcels include infrastructure and increase the value of the development $20m for the Phase I investors.
