OmaréÂs Product Manager Eliana Cristina de Melo MacLeay describes the new line as Âa no nonsense high-end line with multiple advantages for distributors as well as salons/spas. We wanted to provide our clients with a compact line that avoided the necessity of maintaining large stocks of hundreds of different items while at the same time providing comprehensive and versatile treatment programme options. The fact that we are open to developing specific products for different regional markets increases the flexibility of the line. This type of development flexibility is fundamental to us. In addition to its versatile facial treatments and bath & shower-based spa body treatments, the new line makes complete body care treatment programmes available to salons without shower, bath or hydro massage installations. All of the treatment programmes are centred on the use of high performance alginate peel-off face & body masks or seaweed body packs & gel wraps employed in association with specially formulated serums, gels and creams. A large selection of packaging formats is available including convenient retail-sized packaging of selected products to allow salons and spas to offer their clients home use treatments to complement the professional salon/spa programmes. Omaré facial and body care brochures include detailed descriptions of basic Omaré treatments and a new treatment demonstration DVD is also now available. The new English language Web site also devotes considerable space to the importance of treatment programmes and application techniques. Omaré was launched in France in 1998 and began with a modest selection of face mask products. With export development currently including distribution agreements in SE Asia and Brazil and discussions underway concerning for distribution in N.
