Jyco Mexico Plant Opens at Full Capacity

Jyco Sealing Technologies has announced that all production lines in its new manufacturing plant in Guaymas, Mexico have been validated and are now running at full capacity.

Guaymas, Mexico (PRWEB) April 16, 2008 -- Jyco Sealing Technologies has announced that all production lines in its new manufacturing plant in Guaymas, Mexico have been validated and are now running at full capacity. The facility produces multiple thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) weathersealing systems for 750 vehicles per day.

Only fifteen employees are required to run the extruding lines and molding stations producing glass run channels and lower door, sunroof and secondary seals at the highly automated 17,700 sq. ft plant. The facility, which is located 300 miles south of Tucson, Arizona, has been designed to be easily expanded to twice its size.

Like Jyco's other operations around the world, Jyco Latin America is dedicated exclusively to TPV production. Since its founding in 2000, Jyco has established itself as a world leader in TPV design, engineering and process technology for automotive, heavy truck and RV weathersealing applications.
