The new search tool harnesses Multiple Listing Service (MLS) feeds, allowing users in-depth access to thousands of property listings while searching by town or neighborhood, number of bedrooms, property size and price range. Unlike other area real estate websites, Sudler.net emphasizes simplicity -- giving buyers and renters access to search listings directly from the sites home page and allowing them to set up property viewings with agents immediately.
