Business Services Administration Graduate Hired at the Archdiocese of Boston Business Services Administration Graduate at Millennium Training Institute Hired at the Archdiocese of Boston Woburn, MA (PRWEB) August 11, 2011 Jeffenese Rose came to Millennium Training Institute with the ambition to sharpen her computing skills, and advanced her already solid customer service, administrative and banking experience. Originally from Jamaica, Rose had supported the CEO of a company that supplied goods and services to the event management industry in Montego Bay. From there, she moved to banking team lead positions at Bank of America. Most recently, Rose had been a Travel Advisor with Grand Circle Travel, where she handled all customer service aspects and scheduled an average of 50 travel itineraries for a large volume of customers. After the economic downturn affected her employment, Rose challenged herself to reach the next level in her career. She applied for WIA (Workforce Investment Act) funding for dislocated workers to support her retraining efforts. Through assistance from The Work Place, she selected Millennium Training Institute’s Boston campus. Rose commented, “It’s never too late to be what you might have been, challenge yourself to learn something new every day”. As Rose began to research positions in customer services, an interesting non-profit position became available at the Archdiocese of Boston, through the Career Planning and Placement department at MTI. She interviewed and was immediately hired as an Administrative Assistant supporting the Property Management Department. She loves her new role and is learning a great deal about new systems, processes and the organization in general. Rose commented, “I am very happy in my new role at the Archdiocese of Boston. I could not have done it without the continued support from the staff at Millennium Training Institute.” About Millennium Training Institute
